In Exxprezo we work and make an effort to be able to offer you a better service on daily basis.
 
 
What is the Pre-tracking?

In Exxprezo we have a form called the “Pre-Tracking” so you can enter all the necessary data for your shipment.

You can download this form and contact our Customer Service in case you have any doubts so they can guide you through the process. Or you can go to any of our offices to be assisted by our staff.

Having all your data will help us do our job more efficiently.

   
Shipment Check-In.
 
Labeling.
 
For your own safety as well as your goods, everything within the shipment must be properly described with the following data:

- Package number. (Ex 1/3, 2/3,3/3)
- Consignee, addressee
- Sender

Additionally, in Exxprezo we make a copy from the guide which is green color and it has tape on the back so it can be attached to first package of your shipment.


Packing in boxes.
 


In the packing of the boxes is suggested to at least 4 cross strips of tape.

Exxprezo creates a green guide which is attached in the package number 1 shipping.


Pallet.
 

When packing pallets we suggest to pile up the boxes
on regular basis and then cover them up with plastic
film, until they are really tight, to avoid damaging your
products.

Sacks on pallets.
 

When packing sacks on pallets we suggest:

1.- Put cardboard on the bottom.
2.- The sacks must not surpass the pallet.
3.- Put cardboard on the sides.
4.- Maximum 4 ft tall.
5.- Pallet sacks tightly.
